    Ingredients

    • 1 biji telur
    • 1 sudu teh serbuk badam (almond flour)
    • 1 sudu teh santan
    • 1/4 sudu teh garam Himalaya
    • 1/4 sudu teh serbuk kunyit

    Instructions

    1. Blend semua bahan.
    2. Panaskan kuali. Api kecil ya.
    3. Letak sedikit minyak dan ratakan dgn sehelai daun pandan.
    4. Tuang adunan menggunakan acuan roti jala.
    5. Angkat dan lipat. Tak perlu terbalikkan. Jgn biarkan garing nanti jadi keropok tak boleh lipat.
    6. Bancuhan ini menghasilkan 2 keping roti jala.
